I’ve been making art for as long as I can remember. My first “canvas” was my bedroom wall in 1975. (Thanks, Mom and Dad.)

The Ladder Years

I ran a decorative painting business, climbed more ladders than I can count, and eventually moved into teaching. Seniors, kids, adults, total skeptics — I’ve taught them all. And yes, I still believe everyone can paint.

Going Back

After my divorce, I went back to school and finished my art degree.
The timing was perfect. It helped to deepen my practice and push my work further.

Now

Today my artwork carries all of that — the ladders, the teaching, the history, the digging. It’s layered in every piece.

For Fem Sake

In 2025, I launched For Fem Sake, a streetwear line built from my artwork and my voice.
It’s me — just louder.
