I work in layers, using paint, collage, texture, scraps of memory, instinct and a healthy dose of humor. I build things up, tear them apart and follow the magic that happens in between.

I love bold color, contrast, fragments and the unexpected moments that show up at the end. I want people to pause, look twice, and actually feel something—connection, recognition, delight.

Everything starts with intuition. I follow the marks, the mistakes and the happy accidents, whether I am working on a large canvas or creating small artwork.
